HATERS

We all have them.  We all have those people who no longer care for us.  They no longer speak well of us.  They no longer love.

On the flip side: They HATE!  They speak ill.  They are careless with their words.  They are those people who were once allies and now are not.

Why we actually invested any time in their energy field is not known.  Our paths crossed for a small portion of our lives, things went awry, and then the energy shifts.

You stop.  And wonder why?

People come and go.  Some go gracefully.  Others go with a vengeance.  Those who leave and hate are left with bitterness.

I'm not quite sure why this happens.  However, it happens.  It happens to all of all us.  We all have those people. We all have 'Haters'.

Why do Haters Exist?

They may be ex lovers, ex friends, family or random people we don't even know.  It happens and we all understand these dynamics.

Not one person is loved by ALL, at all times.
I don't necessarily think anyone expects or welcomes haters, yet they exist in all forms.

My friend and I, have recently experienced haters in our life and we found ourselves explaining why the haters have elevated us to my sister at dinner the other night.

My friend and I shared our feelings:

Haters help us.
They elevated us.
They make us relevant.

They give us the attention we do not expect, we do not provoke, however, they give it.

They stalk us on Facebook.
They stalk us on Instagram.
They read our words.

They look for percieved weaknesses to exploit.
They seem to think it will harm us, that it will make us weak, make us less then worthy.

What they never quite understand is they do not have any control over our emotions or our lives.

They do not know who we currently are.
They are only a faint memory of our past and not an important piece of our present or future.

Why is this?

We do NOT love them.....any longer.
We do NOT care for them.....any longer.
We do NOT need them.....any longer.

If they are strangers:

We never cared and we never loved them....EVER!

So how do their actions or words harm us?

This is the question I give to everyone.
Stop and think.  Once you have a person(s) who takes the time to be mean, nasty, ugly or hateful, stop and think why???

Why are they truly throwing stones?

I embrace and cherish these moments and set them free into the universe.  We can not change them, their mind, or their attitude.

We can, however, change how we absorb, how we understand or how we respond to the situation.

Our own attitude and our own life is all that matters.
