Digging Deeper

Life has an interesting way of unfolding for us when we least expect it.  

Trusting we are exactly where we need to be, doing and feeling what we are suppose to is important.



Ever had an eerie feeling of "Deja Vu?" Or run into a person you were just thinking about, or have 2 or 3 random coincidences in a row throughout your day?

This is the Universe reminding us, "Yes!!
You are on the right track and you are moving forward in the right direction."





I personally feel there are five contributors that correspond to being in the moment, on our most empowered journey, while loving our life.


1) Finding Balance 

Waking up and feeling good about the day, our lives, and our ultimate journey.  You are not dreading what's to come.  Your emotions are balanced in the first minutes awakening and there is not one thing holding you back from beginning your day.



2) Forgiveness

One can not find balance with a heavy heart.  Forgiving others, but most importantly, forgiving ourselves, of all things in our past is crucial to being emotionally balanced.  

Forgive people who you feel have wronged you.  Forgive yourself if you have wronged others.  Clear your mind of those thoughts, 
no one can change them but you. 



3) Freeing our Minds

Forgiveness comes when we free our minds. 
Ideally, letting our thoughts flow away from all negativity and allowing our most positive emotions to flow forth is beautiful.  

Keep life light hearted.  

We will never change someone else's mind, but we can certainly can change our own mind.



4) Feeling Whole

Feeling whole is a gift we are able to take at anytime we choose.  Finding wholeness, even if by accident, is like waking up one day and realizing we had it with us the entire time.  

When we feel whole in heart, mind and spirit we ARE Whole and Peace follows naturally.


5) Focus 

Distractions come every day. They creep into our minds, they haunt us with our past, they are there waiting for us to be tempted.  Say "NO!" to the mental and emotional distractions and say "YES!" to the those things that matter, it will create a safe haven for staying on tract. 

It is easy to get sucked into those things that no longer serve us. 



All of these components are a natural part of our lives, the peace sets in, and is followed by 3 natural states that come forth.

I) Keen Perspective

Our perspective on how we see the world naturally shifts.  

Why keep spinning our wheels on the same things? Stop those thoughts and redirect.  In an instant this flow will become a natural process.



II) Passion 

Our passion begins to surface and it catapults us to a new level of awakened hope. 

When being thoughtful on pursuing our dreams, we naturally move in a direction in making our dreams a reality.  One at a time we begin living the things we always hoped we'd do. Becoming a real life living Prayer (powerful). 

Be careful what you wish for.  If you have a wish, a good thought, a feeling or spoken true desires, it translates to prayer.  These prayers are heard and manifested into life.  Good vibrations make these prayers pushed to fruition faster.




III) Perception

At the end, we are perceptive about life, about our own truth and the truth on those around us. 

We are sensitive to the universal messages that come to us, through us, moving us to our next adventure, life lesson, or influence.



Some of these things may happen simultaneously, one by one each will fall into place.  This creates an uncanny flow in our lives, and anything negative dissipates. 

Fear is gone
Anxiety is gone
Zero worries and knee jerk reactions.

It is all replaced with: 

Love
Happiness
Empowerment

Knowing you have the ability to manifest only positive changes in your life is miraculous. 

They'll be times when other people's fears will overshadow our path.  DO NOT let another person's shadow take the light shining on your path, their negative words or actions are theirs, not your own.


The voice within is leading and guiding us correctly



Trust yourself first.
 
Listen carefully.
Are your words dimming another's light?

It is a two way streak.  

Be mindful of yourself first. 
Our thoughts and energy are the beginning to shifting the reality around us, 
the rest will fall away.
