Breaking Free

That voice in our head is not always in sync with the words we speak.  

This confuses the Universe.

Our thoughts come first and foremost.
Our Actions second
Our Words last.

We often use our words to justify our actions which often aren't consistent with our true desires.

What happens when you live your authentic truth? 

What you think and feel are the same.

Your actions and words also align.  

How would this feel, to be completely honest with your being?  Completely whole in body, mind and spirit?

This is a difficult feat as many think one way and often live differently, with tiny lies we tell ourselves this is okay.

It is never okay.

It is never good.

We must purge the inconsistencies and live our authentic truth.

We must first be crystal clear on what we truly want, need and desire, find that truth and live it.

• Do not justify those things that do not align your our greatest good.

• Do not make excuses for your past actions.

• Do let go of those things which no longer serve you.

• Do find freedom by breaking your self serving chains of destruction.

These is much to be said about living our lives with well intentions. Paying attention to our inner voice and discarding the noise.

We do have control of our thoughts and our actions and our words. We do have the ability to be our truth.

What are you lying to yourself about?

What is the thing you are most ashamed of?  What is your darkness?  

Your fears? 

Your hidden thruth?

Release these immediately. Speak them aloud. Write them down. 

Acknowledge it. Experience it. Purge it.

Breathe deeply and open up a new space for Something greater.  

Something lighter.  

Something brighter.

I promise you it will challenge you, however it will also change the course of your life with ease.
